لماذا يختلف سعر المتر بين عرضين؟
لأن «المتر» ليس وحدة قياس موحّدة. عرض يشمل العظم فقط، وآخر يشمل العظم والتشطيب، وثالث يضيف التمديدات. قبل أن تقارن رقمين، تأكّد أنهما يقيسان الشيء نفسه — وهذا لا يظهر إلا في جدول الكميات.

ماذا تطلب قبل التوقيع؟
اطلب جدول كميات مفصّلاً بالبنود والمواصفات والأسعار، وجدولاً زمنياً بمراحل تسليم مرتبطة بالدفعات. أي عرض على ورقة واحدة برقم إجمالي هو وعد، وليس عقداً.
Why do two quotes differ per metre?
Because a 'metre' isn't a standard unit. One quote covers structure only, another adds finishing, a third adds services. Before comparing two numbers, make sure they measure the same thing — and only a bill of quantities shows that.

What to ask for before signing
Ask for an itemised bill of quantities with specifications and prices, and a schedule with handover stages linked to payments. A one-page offer with a single total is a promise, not a contract.
